I’m Marthe Beusekamp, buying agent in Amsterdam. I leverage my knowledge and experience on behalf of my clients to find and buy their dream home. Buyers in the Netherlands have a duty to investigate or onderzoeksplicht as it’s called. If this isn’t something you do every day, it’s difficult to know what you need to investigate. So I’ll handle all of that for you, from determining the status of the homeowners’ association (VvE) to commissioning a structural inspection.
